Before placing anyone into a school or childcare position we perform the following checks:
- Identity
- Qualification verification
- Reference checks (2 years)
- Barred List
- Disclosure and Barring Service, (DBS or International equivalent)
- Right to work in the UK
We screen all candidates either face to face or over video call. During the interview each candidate will present the following:
- Teaching/Childcare qualification
- Passport or photo ID
- Visa Details (if applicable)
- Two proofs of current address
- An original Enhanced Disclosure from the DBS
- International Police Check (if applicable)
