Prospero Teaching is actively seeking Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in schools across London & the UK as Teaching Assistants or Learning Support Assistants on a full-time basis for 1 academic year and longer. We also offer vacancies that are short term or part-time if that is better suited to you.

Many of the graduate teaching assistants that we work with end up pursuing a long-term career in education and training to gain a teaching qualification. Prospero Teaching is seeking responsible, positive, hardworking role models who want to learn, grow and develop pedagogical skills whilst building rapport with students, teachers and parents.

A Teaching Assistant role is both rewarding and varied, where you can work with small groups of students, 1:1 and in class.

For Learning Support Assistant and graduate teaching assistant roles, you will be working 1:1 or with small groups of students with advanced needs whether it is behavioural or special needs. You will gain experience in recognising gaps in learning for students and using teaching assistant skills, following lesson plans and delivering numeracy and literacy intervention activties to raise attainment.
