Unqualified Supply Teacher

Unqualified Supply Teacher are essential unqualified cover teachers (no previous experience required) who are able to take some of the responsibility of the full-time class teacher if the full-time class teacher is absent. This includes acting as a role model and authority figure in absence of the Teacher, keeping the register and liaise with other members of staff if there are any issue, managing the behaviour of students while the complete work set out by absent teacher.

An Unqualified Teacher is not Teacher and isn’t expected to teach students but if you can assist in a chosen specialism it is a bonus.

Prospero teaching are seeking a full-time or part-time Unqualified Supply Teacher to work in a verity of schools in Devoion, particularly in the Torbay area.

Minimum rate of pay- £85 per day

Degree – Essential

Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS Unqualified Supply Teacher ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK

Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

Provide two professional references
