Temporary Mandarin teacher

Fully qualified teacher of Mandarin is required at a large, popular secondary school in Manchester for the rest of the academic year.

Prospero teaching are seeking a passionate and innovative Mandarin teacher for a large Secondary School that is close to Manchester The role will start as soon as possible and will be until July 2023. You will be required to teach classes in key stage 3 & 4 of varying academic abilities. The school have requested someone who has recent experience teaching in a UK school, has QTS and who can manage behaviour effectively.

* Secondary school in Manchester
* Mandarin Teacher KS3/KS4 Classes
* February 2023
* Full time
* Minimum rate £135 per day
* 8:30 am – 4pm Monday to Friday

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Fully qualified teacher with QTS
• Mandarin Language specialist capable of all teaching KS3 and KS4
• Innovative and creative teaching strategies and lessons
• Aim to strive towards good and outstanding standards
• ICT capable with interactive whiteboards etc.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional references
* Qualifications (QTS)

* Up to date safeguarding training (essential, however, training can be provided)

* Up to date prevent awareness training (essential, however, training can be provided)
