We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a welcoming primary school in Brighton. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and help them thrive in their learning and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with special educational needs
• Assist in the delivery of tailored learning plans and strategies
• Work closely with teachers and SENCO to ensure inclusive learning for all children
• Help manage behavior and create a positive, supportive learning environment
• Support students’ social, emotional, and physical development
• Monitor and record student progress, reporting any concerns to the SENCO and teachers
