SEMH Supply Teacher – Gloucester / Cheltenham

Prospero Teaching are looking for a SEMH Teachers to work with students with a range of SEND difficulties including students with Autism and associated difficulties.

• We are looking for teachers with either SEN or SEMH experience.
• You will be working with several schools around the Gloucestershire area for students with a range of difficulties.
• Small provisions with classes of up to 6 students.
• Purpose built schools with specialist learning areas.
• Flexible work based on your availability.

Contract Details for SEMH Teacher:

• Location – Gloucester / Cheltenham
• Position – SEMH Teacher
• Type of work – Supply Teaching
• Start date – ASAP
• Contract type – Temporary supply
• Full time/part time – both available
• Minimum rate of pay – £110 per day

Experience, Training and Qualifications:

• Previous experience is required within the SEN Sector, although this is not essential providing you have the right attitude and desire.
• Previous experience working with challenging behaviour would be advantageous
• A passion for working with children with SEMH.
• You should have lots of energy and enthusiasm with a positive attitude towards working with SEN students.

To be eligible:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
