SEMH Staff Required In West Drayton

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to join an Ofsted ‘GOOD’ SEN School in West Drayton, starting immediately.

The roles will be full-time, long-term, supporting various aspects of education (all classroom based), 1:1 and group learning for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils (11 to 16 years old), the school caters for children & young people with Social Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties and additional Learning Difficulties / Special Educational Needs.

Location: West Drayton (UB7)

Duration: Long Term

Start Date: Immediate

Contract: Monday – Friday (Full-Time)

The successful applicants will have:

· Experience of working with or caring for children or young people (either Primary or Secondary, mixed gender)

· Previous experience working with vulnerable individuals or SEN

· Excellent Behaviour Management skills

· A calm, patient manner and ability to react positively to a fast-changing environment

· Ability to competently use a computer and the Internet (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

· An Enhanced Child or Child & Adult Workforce barred list DBS Certificate registered on the update service
