Reception Class Teacher- Wakefield

Are you an experienced Primary school teacher looking for a change of school or a new challenge?
Do you have a genuine passion for delivering high quality teaching
Do you have experience supporting pupils through KS1?

A school in the Wakefield area are looking for a reception class teacher to join their team on a long term basis
Reception Teacher
Location: Wakefield (WF4)
Hours: 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary: GBP140 – GBP180 per day, depending on experience
MUST HAVE QTS.
Duration : November 2024- July 2025

Job description:
Planning and delivering your own lessons in line with the current curriculum.
Monitoring pupils development in line with individual targets.
Managing and reporting behaviours or incidents in a professional manner.
Develop and adapt teaching methods to enhance each pupils learning potential.
To mark and assess class and homework.
Liaise with staff members and parents respectfully and professionally.
Requirements
QTS
Not currently accepting ECTs

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
· Hold Right to Work in the UK
· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
· Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years.
