Location: Braintree, Essex
· Deliver engaging and high-quality Psychology lessons across Key Stage 4 and 5.
· Inspire students to develop critical thinking skills and a passion for the subject.
· Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
· Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel motivated and supported.
· Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the continued success of the department.
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· A strong background in Psychology, with a passion for teaching the subject.
· Experience teaching Psychology at Key Stage 4 and 5 (desirable but not essential).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· A proactive and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
· A supportive and collaborative working environment.
