PE TEACHER

Prospero Teaching are supporting a ‘Good’ Ofsted rated Secondary School located Bournemouth, Dorset seeking a PE Teacher.

This is an initial temporary-position to start from March 2023 ongoing until the end of the academic year. This position may lead to permanent opportunities from September 2023

This role will include the teaching of practical and theory PE across KS3/KS4 including GCSE.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

• Location – Bournemouth, Dorset
• Position – PE Teacher
• Start date – ASAP
• Duration / Likely Duration – Long term
• End date (if applicable) – July 2023
• Contract type – Temporary
• Full time/part time – Full Time
• Minimum rate of pay – Minimum rate £130 per day
• Hours – 8:15am – 3:30pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYTS or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a UK school
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
