Prospero Teaching are keen to speak to any Nursery Practitioners who are looking for ad-hoc bank work at a private day nursery in Worthing, West Sussex!

The Role:

We are working closely with a private day nursery in Worthing who often require bank staff to work with them on an ad-hoc basis. A full day is from 8am until 6pm and you’ll be given a short induction on your first day. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can become a regular and reliable face as and when needed.

The Nursery:

Prospero Teaching are lucky enough to be working alongside this large private day nursery, situated just a stone’s throw from Worthing’s beach front. Located over two impressive buildings, this nursery houses up to 180 children from babies to pre-school. The team here are inclusive and dynamic in their approach, expecting high standards from both permanent and temporary staff.

Supply Teacher Contract/Position Details

Location – Worthing, West Sussex

Position – Level 3 Nursery Nurse

Type of work – Nursery Support

Start date – ASAP

Likely Duration – Ongoing

Position end date – TBC

Contract type – Temporary

Full-time potential

Minimum rate of pay – £89 per day

Hours – 8:20am-4pm (term time only)

Supply Teacher Experience, Training and Qualifications

You must have a Level 3 or equivalent

Up to date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.

Strong Behaviour Management skills are a must.

To be eligible for any teaching job with Prospero Teaching, you must;

Hold the Right to Work in the UK.

Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application.

Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)

Provide two professional child related references.
