Level 3 Teaching Assistant South Manchester

Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in South Manchester. The school is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic TA to provide high-quality support in the classroom and help children reach their full potential.

Role Details:

Location: South Manchester
Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Type of work: Full-time, classroom-based support
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Contract type: Long-term temp
Working hours: 8:30 AM 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay: GBP95+ per day

Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Work with small groups and individuals to support their learning and development
Assist with behaviour management and ensure a positive learning environment
Provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs
Help with classroom preparation and general administrative tasks

Requirements:

Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience: Previous experience in a primary school setting
Safeguarding: Up-to-date safeguarding training is desirable (training can be provided)
Compliance: Must have the right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
References: Two professional, child-related references required
