High level teaching assistant – Halifax

As a Teaching Assistant you will be preparing classroom resources, supporting students and running 1:1 and small group sessions. The successful candidate will:

Key responsibilities:

• Maintaining a safe, tidy enabling environment for children.
• Consistently implement the school’s behaviour policies.
• Bring a warm welcoming manor to the classroom.
• Knowledgeable of the curriculum.
• Work with children in groups and a 1-2-1 basis.
• Proactive and organised.
• Covering classes when needed.
