Job Title: Experienced Maths Tutor
Location: Islington, London
Contract Type: Temporary, Flexible, Part-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £25-35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured, engaging tuition in GCSE Maths to help students strengthen their understanding.
• Develop and implement personalised lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles, including SEN students where necessary.

Requirements:

• BA in Mathematics or PGCE in Maths.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience in GCSE Maths.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Must have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• QTS status is highly desirable.
• Experience working with SEN students is an advantage.
