Prospero Teaching are looking for three people with a keen interest in SEND to work as Educational Health Care Senior Case Manager in South Yorkshire in a Hybrid/Remote working role.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
· Location – South Yorkshire
· Position – Educational Health Care Senior Case Manager
· Start date – ASAP
· Duration / Likely Duration – Ongoing
· End date (if applicable) – N/A
· Full time/part time – Full Time
· Minimum rate of pay – Minimum rate GBP120 per day
· Hours – 9:00am – 5:00pm
· Hybrid Working – 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
· You will need to be able to evidence your experience in carrying out needs led integrated assessments for ages for children and young people aged 0-19, collaboratively working with service users, and other professionals.
· QTS – desirable
· You will need significant experience of handling tribunals and mediations
· Excellent IT and organisational skills
· Be able to prioritise your own workload and also meet statutory timescales
· Knowledge and experience in planning and facilitating person centred multi-agency meetings
· Ability to demonstrate your ability to construct and develop EHC Plans from approved assessments, to meet the needs of children and young people and help them to achieve outcomes
· Good understanding of the issues facing families where children and young people have special educational needs and/or disabilities
· Knowledge of the Person Centre planning and processes
· Experience in chairing and leading meetings and experience of problem solving, resolving conflict and mediation

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
· Hold Right to Work in the UK
· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
· Provide two professional child related references
