Our Children’s Education Services (CES) team consistently bring us pride and is at the heart of why we do what we do. A tutor’s role is to provide caring guidance to vulnerable children so that they can reach their full potential. This is a challenging but very rewarding process.
The CES team’s hard work serves as a constant reminder of the importance of recruitment services that can be trusted to find the right tutors at the right time.

What service does the CES team provide?
We provide tutors to work with young people during the most difficult periods in their lives. This includes children that are unable to attend school for a number of reasons. We often deal with cases where anxiety or challenges at home make it very difficult for children to maintain a consistent education. In response, our tutors are tasked with building trusting relationships with young people who may have felt let down by adults in the past.
Our tutors adopt a personal and positive approach to building students’ self-esteem and motivation. In the end, we aim to empower young people so that they can return to mainstream education and move forward with their lives.
A Recent Parent Testimonial:
We all love an uplifting teacher success story, don’t we? Have a glance at the parental feedback about one of our tutors below. It’s hearing positive news like this when we are reminded of the amazing work our tutors do every day:
“My daughter has been suffering from severe anxiety and OCD and was unable to continue to attend school in person. She left just before Christmas in Year 10 and was never able to go back. She had no real help from school and eventually with 5 academic weeks to go before her GCSE exams, she was assigned a Tutor from Prospero to teach her online for 15 hours a week.
The school had given her predicted grades of U in every subject and we had no reason to hope for anything better.
The Tutor was incredibly positive, enthusiastic and efficient. He was my daughter’s first contact with a non-family member other than her psychologist in over a year. He immediately put her at ease and began to inspire her with the idea that success was a possibility, he was the first teacher to actually believe in her. He worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, particularly in English, to read the texts and understand what was required. He was able to give her the essential points in each subject as time was extremely limited.
We had no idea how our daughter would do in her exams as she had not done mocks or any school assessment, but the Tutor was there every day throughout the exam period preparing her for the next one.
On the day of the results we were bracing ourselves for failure across the board but somehow, our daughter passed all 10 GCSEs with grades 4, 5 and 6, more than enough to do A levels and frankly, a miracle.
My child’s fantastic results are in no small part due to your Tutor’s amazing teaching skills and his belief in her. I would very much like to show our enormous appreciation for everything he has done for her. It is not just for this year, these results will benefit her for the rest of her life and allow her to access higher education. Without your Tutor, our daughter would almost certainly have failed all her GCSEs, her future would be entirely different and I am sure this would have had a very negative impact on her mental health.”
With these thoughts in mind, we are motivated and determined to ensure that as many vulnerable children as possible receive the support and education they deserve.
