Prospero Teaching takes pupil safeguarding extremely seriously and this is what we do and how we do it
Before placing anyone into a school or childcare position we perform the following checks:
- Identity
- Qualification verification
- Reference checks (2 years)
- Barred List
- Criminal Records (CRB or International equivalent)
- Right to work in the UK
We interview candidates face-to-face. During the interview each candidate will present the following:
- Teaching/Childcare qualification
- Passport or photo ID
- Visa Details (if applicable)
- Two proofs of current address
- An original Enhanced Disclosure from the CRB
- International Police Check (if applicable)
