I am currently working with a “Good” school based in the London Borough of Redbridge in their search for a Reception teacher for their Early Years setting to start from September 2020*.

School Details:

This 4-form entry school is led by a very motivational Headteacher who is continuously striving to make sure the students get the best education possible. Students that attend this school make significant progress in Reading and Writing which is above the national average for every year group. This school thrives within their Early Years setting so they will be looking for someone who specialises in this area.

Position Details:

You will be required to plan and deliver effective lessons staying in line with the national curriculum for Early Years. There are some children with SEND in the classroom so you will also be tasked to tailor the lessons to ensure they are also learning. This particular school is also flexible on the way you plan and deliver your lessons if it means you get the best out of the children, there will be a teaching assistant in the classroom with you to thrive in your new role.

Salary Details:

The salary for this role will be based on experience in line with the Main Pay Scale Structure (MPS), a TLR of your choice will be available right away for the right candidate. You will be paid on a weekly or monthly basis depending if you are to be taken on a permanent contract or on a long term supply.

This school is based in a great location for transport links, it is accessible from the TFL Rail and Central Line as well as local bus routes. The school has on-site parking available as well.

Requirements for this Position:

To be considered for this position you must hold either a Bachelor of Education, PGCE and QTS. Alongside this, you must also have 2 supporting references and have the right to work in the UK.
