Are you an English teacher looking for a flexible and rewarding position working at a British charity in the heart of Hampstead?


A unique opportunity has arisen for a qualified teacher of English to join a very well-known charity; boasts very small classroom sizes and will require 1-1 support the majority of the time. The Position is PART TIME – Monday – Wednesday!

The students who attend this school are aged between 15-25 years old and require some academic support. You will be teaching English Literature and English language. The students who attend this school have social and emotional needs. The post is long term in the first instance until July 2020


  • Qualified English Teacher
  • Part Time – 3 Days week

  • £130 per day minimum

THE CHARITY:

Found in Hampstead this establishment has been growing over the last 5 years and offers tailored academic programmes to each individual student who attends.

The establishment itself caters to students who may have SEMH or very low levels of behaviour challenges.


IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR THIS PROSPERO TEACHING OPPORTUNITY:

To be considered, you must be a forward-thinking English NQT / English Teacher who has good knowledge of the English curriculum. Your role will include working in a close-knit team of experienced teachers. You will inspire and engage students, ks3 up to GCSE, and teach them the necessary information and skills within the curriculum to a high standard.

As an English teacher, you will be teaching as part of this very tight knit community. Understand the value of teamwork as part of a cohesive department and be happy teaching up to GCSE. In this post you will be working with talented educators. In general, you will be working under a dedicated leader who takes into account the ideas of the team.
