On Saturday 6th February 30 Prospero teachers and teaching support staff registered with us participated in our Behaviour for Learning CPD event at our head office in central London. One of them was Secondary Art Teacher Maria who created this fantastic illustration which she very kindly shared with us.
Thank you Maria!
As well as sharing her fabulous artwork with us Maria had this to say about the course,
“After attending the CPD session on interview skills, I had an interview for an outstanding school… and got the job! So there was no way I could miss this CPD session on Behavioural Management led once again by pro leadership coach Chris Jones.
I really want you to get the picture, so this time I have made an illustration. Here you can see all my peers fully engaged (as was I), Chris talking spiritedly about the importance of being selective with your rewards (so students don’t become appraisal junkies) and Prospero Teaching´s Candidate Manager checking that everything is running according to plan and that we all have what we need.
I can’t wait to put my new knowledge into practice after the half term break. Thank you, Prospero, for another fantastic CPD session!
A Proud PROSPERO Supply Teacher.”
Did you know that all of Prospero Teaching’s CPD events are accredited and also free to Teachers and Teaching Assistants registered with us? You can read about all the CPD we’re running this year on our CPD Events Calendar.
Were you at this training and if so is there anything you’d like to share about your experience of the course? Are there any other CPD events you’d like us to run in future? They’re for you so do please tell us 😉
