Patrick is a former teacher from New Zealand who has worked with Prospero for the best part of 5 years. Patrick is now based in our New Zealand office and is tasked with supporting Australian and New Zealand teachers making the move to the UK. He has both taught in the UK and worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Prospero Teaching’s Head Office in London. After nearly four years of living, teaching and recruiting in the UK Patrick is well placed to support you with all the information and advice you require to make the move.

Ashleigh is a fully qualified teacher from Queensland, Australia specialising in Secondary History and Special Educational Needs. She is based in our London office and works alongside Patrick to ensure a smooth transition for our candidates moving from Australia and New Zealand to the UK.
Ashleigh also supports any teachers who have already moved to the UK and are looking for new opportunities. Using her experience of teaching in Australia to making the move to living and teaching in London, Ashleigh is fully equipped to support you every step of your way!
Suzie is the Lead Consultant in our second New Zealand office, based in Christchurch. Suzie has an extensive background of recruiting New Zealand and Australian teachers for teaching roles throughout the UK, including offering teachers requiring Sponsorship the opportunity to do a teaching OE in the UK!
Prior to recruitment, Suzie has twelve years of experience in Education; teaching in England for five years in Primary and SEN settings, teaching for two years in Melbourne, Australia and five years teaching experience in New Zealand. With Suzie’s recruitment experience as well as extensive teaching experience, she is well equipped to support you with all the information and advice you require to make the move!
Karolina is one of Prospero Teaching’s Resourcing Consultants and based in her home city of Perth Australia. She previously worked for Prospero in our UK Bristol office as a Recruitment Consultant where she was involved in all aspects of supporting international teachers in finding UK teaching jobs and also spent a total of 4 years living in the UK and exploring Europe.
Back in Australia she focusses on supporting Australian teachers making the move to the UK. So whether you require information around employment options, budgetary advice, visa and compliance documents, or simply some handy travel tips and information, Karolina is here to help!
